YOUR APPOINTMENT
Thank you for trusting us! Be confident in knowing your visit with us will be easy and comfortable. Please read the information below to help you know what to expect. Also, feel free to call us if you have any questions or concerns. We're always here to help. We'd love to speak with you and consultations are always free.
At your first appointment you will be seen by our Nurse Practitioner, Kellie Clausen either in person or via tele-med. She will listen to your specific concerns and then along with our on-site nurse, Lauren Ross, come up with a treatment plan that best suits your needs and desired results. Either Kellie, FNP or Lauren, RN will perform your injections or laser treatments and then give you detailed aftercare instructions. Please be expecting them to follow up with you to check in and make sure you're happy with your results. CANCELLATION POLICY
Please arrive just a few minutes early to fill out any paperwork or consent forms that may be required. We ask that you please give 24 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment time. We may require a credit card to hold your appointment and it will be charged for any missed appointments.
GUESTS
For your comfort we kindly ask that you do not bring children to your appointment with you. Safety is very important to us and any distractions can take away from your experience. Any medical service being provided to a person under the age of 18 will require a parental consent form and the parent must be present at all times.
